Session: 1) Traditional Session fees include the time & talent of the photographer. The simplicity session fee includes the time and talent of the photographer, plus 5 digital files. These files have no cash value, and cannot be refunded. The credit for the files expires once the gallery originally expires. Collections do not include session fees unless otherwise stated (ex. Baby’s first year). 2) Session fees are due prior to your session and are required to secure your session date and current prices. 3) If someone becomes ill, please call as soon as possible to reschedule. I maintain the right to reschedule if needed due to inclement weather, illness, emergency, etc. 4) Your session fee is non-refundable; however your session can be rescheduled within 1 month of the original date. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule your session. Proofing & Ordering: 1) A password protected online gallery with approximately 15-40 images (traditional vs. simplicity) will be posted within 2 weeks of your session. Your gallery will remain active for 1 week. Credits and pricing expire after this period. Expired galleries can be reactivated for 1 week for an additional $25 fee. 2) Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your order. Custom books, albums, and canvases may take longer. Incorrect orders or any damage caused during shipping must be reported to me within 24 hours. All damaged material and packaging must be saved. 3) Please inspect your images and review your order very carefully. Once images and products are ordered, all sales are final. 4) If you have a request for a small change to an image, please let me know when you place your order. I can address minor changes, such as blemishes and cropping, at no cost. More involved requests are billed at $25 per hour. I will notify you before work is begun if charges apply. Once the requested changes are made, charges apply regardless if the final product is purchased. 5) Please do not copy the images you have not purchased. Copying or scanning images from your gallery, my website, the blog, or from other printed materials (including prints that you have purchased) is illegal, regardless of the intent for use. Altering my digital files is also illegal and a violation of copyright laws. Thank you for your courtesy! NO OTHER recording devices are allow during a session, on location or in studio, this includes camera phones.
